The map seems to indicate it is on Highway 31, but this is because there is no address for the cabin and that is what showed up when I put in Fairview, Utah. Our beautiful cabin, located in a private, gated community, is available to book late spring through late fall, weather permitting. Lots of space for family reunions or corporate retreats. Meals can be included for an additional charge. You can book just one meal, breakfast and dinner every day, or anything in between. Cell phones on the Verizon network get excellent reception but other cell networks can be spotty. There is a large flat screen TV and lots of movies on DVD to choose from. There is also a professional card table if your family is like mine and enjoys playing games. You will have full use of the cabin except the basement which is only partially finished and used for storage. If you need all 8 bedrooms then you will have access to the basement for the 2 finished bedrooms that are there. Although the cabin has 2 full bathrooms, that may not be adequate for really large groups. Hot showers are available free of charge 24 hours a day at a nearby location if needed. Your host will be present off and on during your stay to answer any questions you may have and to help with any issues that may arise. He will, of course, be there to provide any meals you have purchased. You must have your own transportation. For guests arriving by plane, the host will meet you at a predetermined spot near the Salt Lake City airport and guide you after you have picked up a rental car. For more local guests, or guests coming from the south, the host will meet you in Fairview, which is about 2 hours south of Salt Lake City on Highway 89. Once at the cabin, it is an hour round trip just to run to the store so bring everything you need! Other things to note Our gourmet breakfast and dinner menu is designed to give the guest an incredible western style dining experience. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know and we will try to be accommodating, but keep in mind that our menu is designed to be cooked over an open fire and served family style. Welton Woods is an expansive lodge designed to bring luxurious amenities into the great outdoors. It's the perfect place for corporate training and seminars, wellness retreats, family reunions, and vacations. The Lodge is situated on a rustic mountainside above the town of Fairview, Utah. Welton Woods has more than 10,000 square feet of living space, and we are so thrilled to share it. The property offers the unique opportunity to accommodate a significant number of people all under one roof without feeling crowded. It's close enough to town to get things you need, but isolated enough to offer the ease of seclusion. Sleeping arrangements are made easily as the lodge sleeps 50 people in beds. Eight rooms feature king sized beds, and two bunk rooms sleep 15 each (for a total 30 twin size beds). Here are just some of the wonderful things Welton Woods offers; -A Theater Room which often is used as a perfect presentation area thanks to the levels of couches and upscale electronics. -A Game Room area with an amazing imported pool table and ping pong table. Located on the bottom floor, the game room is separate from the bedrooms, making it easy to house entertainment without interfering with living space. -A Hot Tub and Sauna, who doesn't love that? Whether it is to keep you toasty during the colder months or relaxed during the warmer ones, it's nice to have a place to sneak away to and rest the mind. -10 Acres of land surrounding Welton Woods, perfect for outdoor events and activities. -A huge wrap-around porch which overlooks the trees and landscape below. It's fully covered and it comfortably seats 20+ people. The porch provides an ideal place to dine or enjoy each other's company. No Sunday or holiday check-ins. The last 15 or so minutes to the lodge is on a dirt road, all wheel or 4 wheel drive is recommend however it is still accessible by all vehicles. In the winter, Welton Woods is only accessible by snowcat or snowmobiles which guests can rent from us for an additional fee or our driver can take them up and bring them back down for no additional charge. We are more than willing to help schedule shuttles, caterers or other additional services of interest. We have photos of the Lodge, but, honestly, they don't nearly do the place justice. Description Set on 8 beautiful acres in the Central Utah Mountains, the Mount Pleasant Escape is in a vast open country atmosphere and is a great home for quiet retreats. There's so many things to do nearby: horseback riding, swimming in the local pool, driving rental ATVs and snowmobling. When you stay here around the 4th of July, don't miss the rodeo and parade as these are big attractions in the area. The home is 8000 square feet; this is the Daylight finished basement area. It has 3 large bedrooms: the first bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and a Twin daybed with trundle, and the 3rd bedroom has 3 metal twin beds. There's also a queen blow up mattress with pump, sheets and blankets that can be used in the family TV room area. There's one large bathroom area with double vanity and stacking washer and dryer. The patio features a seating area and a fire pit area to enjoy. This area overlooks the 1 acre Pond and barn area. Basic kitchen utensils, as well as coffee maker, rice cooker and BBQ grill are available for guest use. Kcups are also provided for the guests. If you're bringing along your little one, there's a high chair and pack n play available. Paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels and shampoo are also available. There's AC so you can feel comfortable in the home. This property has a wheelchair area accessible via the hill walkway and the entrance is very easy to access as is the entire unit. A family of 5 lives in the upper 2 floors. If you're looking for a secluded and quiet location, this is the home for you. It's down 5 miles of dirt road and only 3 homes are 5 acres away. But it's near a Ski resort and ATV trails and rentals. There are beautiful country shops and restaurants nearby. About 3 to 5 miles is Terrell's full service grocery store next to that is Subway and a cute Italian restaurant called Cavaliers and next to this is a Mexican place El Mexicano. The pioneers could not have conceived the luxuries we take for granted in Cooper’s Cabin. The property is one of two cabins in the entire canyon, miles from town, but do not worry, the road is asphalt! It is also only a couple of hours from Moab, Capital Reef, Canyonlands, the San Rafael Swell, Goblin Valley, Nine Mile Canyon, and many more historically significant natural features. The property is two hours away from Salt Lake City. Owner prefers that the property remains an alcohol-free and smoke-free zone. Pets welcome in outside kennel. Please see owner house rules.

Sitting on the western foothills of the beautiful Indianola Valley, this cozy cabin (affectionately called the "Nut House") has an excellent view of the nearby Manti-La-Sal National Forest and is close to fishing spots, hiking trails, delightful small towns, and more. It has three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and dining room area, all on one level. There is a washer and dryer for your use, as well as a Keurig coffee maker in the minimally stocked full kitchen you can make your meals in. (Bring your own food.) Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed and one carpeted bunk over the bed. (See pictures) Bring your own sleeping bags and foam pads for the bunks. There is one main bathroom with a bathtub, and there is one 3/4 bathroom in the main bedroom. We live on a neighboring property and are almost always around if you need anything and we SINCERELY value your input! Go ahead and message, call, or text us and we should be over as soon as possible/necessary. Also, please let us know immediately if anything about your stay is less than five-star. Although we just started renting this cabin out last year, we've run a b&b for 6+ years, and we'll do what we can to make everything right in the event you have any issues. The property is nestled in the foothills of a beautiful mountain canyon a mile West of Fountain Green, Utah. The Barn has beautiful vistas of the mountains and the valley. The property has numerous amenities. It will comfortably accommodate 150 special event guests such as weddings or parties. For overnight guests there are 30 oversized cots and two queen size sofa sleepers. If you need to get away and enveloped by nature, this is the space for you. This space is private and exclusive. There are many native animals and birds you will see and be able to enjoy while visiting the property. The property has two tennis courts and two basketball courts. Originally homesteaded in 1882 by the Tanner family, our grandparents Earl and Ruth Beck moved here in 1932. And except for a few years when new owners added on and completely remodeled the old pioneer home in 2008, it has remained in our family ever since. Sitting at an elevation of 6,000 feet, the temperatures in Indianola July through August are between 80-87 for the highs, with the lows between 43-49. Although the house stays at a comfortable temperature most of the day Spring through Fall, we have recently added a swamp cooler for the month or so when the afternoon temperatures in the house are uncomfortable. Pets allowed with prior approval and additional $50 fee. No smoking inside the house. WIFI throughout the house is included. Check-in is 3:30 PM with check-out at 11 AM. If there are no guests booked directly before or after you, we may be able to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out. The finished garage is heated and is a great expansion area, with tables and chairs to seat 24. This is also where we keep our ping pong table. Main level deck that seats 12 people at tables and has a Weber BBQ grill. Lower patio with 6 person Bullfrog hot tub, table, chairs and bluetooth soundbar. 2 - 65" large-screen Smart TV's with satellite and blu-ray players, with great sound bars. The Cabin at Sage Canyon Ranch is nestled in the foothills of a beautiful mountain canyon with quite trails for people, horses and atv's. Perfect for family gatherings and corporate retreats. There are many native animals and birds you will see and be able to enjoy while visiting the property. There are horses, kid ponies, atv's, mountain bikes and scooters available for your enjoyment to rent if you don't bring your own. The property has two tennis courts, two basketball courts as well as an equestrian riding arena. There are two well stocked fishing ponds where as a guest, no license is required. There are miles of trails to be explored that are unique. Some in the mountains and some in the foothills. One of the trails leads to a beautiful year round water fall. The outdoor fire place is one of the favorite places to gather each night for star gazing and s'mores. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Cabin at Sage Canyon. The cabin has plenty of space for entertainment and relaxation, about 4,000 square feet with an open concept design floorplan. It has a full size kitchen area with island, Wolf brand stove and oven, large built in Jenn-Air refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen appliances for your convenience. You are also welcome to bring in caterers and private chefs. There is a large dining area, several gathering areas on both floors with three fireplaces where guests can connect with each other. The cabin has large picture windows throughout allowing guest to continuously enjoy the mountain and valley views. There are five bathrooms with showers, three private bedrooms with additional areas that convert to bedrooms with sofa beds. Additionally, the grounds and surrounding area have many additional outdoor camping sites for the adventurous and those that want to rough it. For those still wanting to be connected, the property has Wi-Fi and numerous DirecTV channels that can be watched on four large screen TV's. This is new yurt as of 2017. We have a lot of yurting experience and we think this yurt has it all. It is remote and high up in the mountains, yet only an hour from Provo, Utah. Come stay for one night, the weekend, or a whole week. This yurt has it all! In the wintertime, snowshoeing or skiing to the yurt makes for a beautiful trail. Your destination is just over 1.5 miles and is a cozy 20' diameter yurt tucked back into a grove of aspen, pine, and junipers. The yurt is located at ~ 8,300' elevation. There are several slopes nearby if you wish to do some back country skiing or good o' fashion sledding. In today's busy world of technology, it is incredibly enjoyable and rejuvenating to be far up in the mountains with those you love and care about without any distractions.
